Projects will be streamed by default by either the artist's Youtube or Twitch channel, unless previously discussed with the client.

The artist reserves the right to publish the finished artworks to their social media accounts and portfolio website. Unless previously discussed with the client.

The artist only works with digital projects and no physical products will be sent to the clients.

Visual references and character sheets will be needed to work on character illustrations. Submissions without clear references will be automatically rejected. You can request a character design commission and a reference sheet commission if needed.

Finished artworks for clients cannot be used to train or be edited by AI.

It's strictly phibited to use any part of the process of the artwork to be used to train or be edited by AI.

The artist reserves the right to work with people who have a history of generating and posting AI images.

Payments will be done via PayPal invoice or via Wise.

Prices are stipulated in this website in USD.

Commercial commissions needs to be discussed beforehand with the artist and an additional fee will be applied depending on the project

Once the invoice have been payid, the expected turnarround time is from 3 - 5 weeks and up to 3 months depending on the artist current workload and type of commission. (Artwork or Vtuber model)

Clients cannot claim the finished commissioned pieces as their own work

Clients can post their finished pieces online, as long as the artist is credited for the work. Only the artist main online handle (Noromin) is required to be mentioned and direct links are optional.

Personal commissions are for the client's personal use only. Commissioned artworks cannot be used to create or sell products or any other activity generates income. Clients can print a singular print of the commissioned piece.

Editing, tracing or modifying the commissioned artwork is forbidden.

It's strictly phibited to use any part of the process of the artwork to be minted for NFTs.

No refunds once the first draft is sent to the client.

Refunds can only be requested if the artist is not able to deliver the finished piece at the expected accorded time

Do's: Original characters, fan characters, fanart, light armor, ecchi/suggestive content, real people.

Dont's: Elderly, detailed armor, muscular men, mecha, graphic/violent content.
